Let’s get one thing straight: this book is not for the faint of heart. It’s for the fed up. For the ones who are tired of pretending everything’s fine while getting spiritually pummeled behind the scenes. It’s for people who want to stop surviving and start walking in daily victory.
 
We don’t like talking about spiritual warfare. It’s uncomfortable. It sounds extreme. It makes us squirm in the pews. We’d rather keep things surface level smile, sing a song, maybe catch a verse or two, and move on. But ignoring the war doesn’t make it disappear. It just makes you an easier target.
 
This isn’t some spooky Christian horror story. It’s Scripture. From Genesis to Revelation, the Bible is clear: there’s an invisible war raging between good and evil, angels and demons, truth and deception. And whether you like it or not, you’re in it.
 
Let’s back up for a second. Before Satan became the enemy of your soul, he was known as Lucifer an angel of light, full of beauty and power. Ezekiel 28 and Isaiah 14 give us the backstory. Colossians 2:15 says Christ "spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it." But just because Satan is defeated doesn’t mean he’s inactive. He’s still a deceiver, a thief, a master manipulator. If he can’t take your soul, he’ll try to steal your peace, your purpose, and your identity.
